FIELD: physics, computer engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device and method of processing information and a computer-readable storage medium. The information processing device comprises: a unit for detecting the input position of at least one operator during a user-input gesture; a unit for detecting the direction of at least one operator; a unit for changing the rate of playing back content, which varies over time, displayed on a screen according to the number of operators used simultaneously by a user in a gesture; and a unit for changing the direction of playing back content according to the direction of movement of at least one operator used by a user in a gesture; the information processing device increases or decreases the playback rate as the number of operators increases or decreases, respectively; and the unit for changing the playback direction changes the content playback direction to a fast forward direction when the direction of movement approximately matches the direction of the flow of time of the content, and changes the content playback direction to a rewind direction when the direction of movement is opposite to that of the flow of time of the content.EFFECT: providing accurate adjustment of rate and direction of playing back content, which varies over time, based on the number and direction of movement of operators used in a user gesture.5 cl, 9 dwg |
