PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical interference tomography apparatus which facilitates observation of highly-reliable analysis image data and for which enhanced inspection efficiency is expected.SOLUTION: An optical interference tomography apparatus is provided with: acquisition means that acquires a tomographic image of an inspection object; specifying means that specifies an image area corresponding to an inspection site of the inspection object in the tomographic image; discrimination means that determines a region of significance and a region of non-significance on the basis of a positional relationship between an outer edge of the image area and the tomographic image; and display control means that designates a display mode for displaying both image data based on the tomographic image and data relating to the region of non-significance and allows display means to display both the data. |
