<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication network construction system which, in a disaster such as an earthquake, is highly tolerant of a communication fault, equipment breakage, and facility breakage and constructs a communication network which allows anybody to easily exchange information.SOLUTION: The information communication network construction system comprises a relay apparatus 2 for relaying plural communication lines and a compound machine 10. The relay apparatus 2 comprises: a line communication unit 22 corresponding to connection with the communication lines; discrimination means for discriminating whether the communication lines are available; and connection means for connecting the compound machine 10 to an available communication line discriminated by the discrimination means.</p> |
