<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical substance collection apparatus configured to reduce the time to stabilize a dissipation state of chemical substances emitted from a sample.SOLUTION: On receipt of an instruction from an operator to start ventilation, a CPU drives a fan at predetermined diffusion rotation speed higher than predetermined measurement rotation speed, to allow clean air with diffusion flow rate larger than predetermined measurement flow rate to flow into a sample installation space. When a dissipation state of the emitted chemical substances becomes steady, the rotation speed of the fan is changed to the measurement rotation speed, to allow the clean air with the predetermined measurement flow rate to flow into the sample installation space.</p> |
