<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premix cement composition that has waterproofness and has sufficient adhesive strength to a top coat mortar when recoating.SOLUTION: The premix cement composition comprises a cement, an aggregate, a 8-18C fatty acid sodium salt and a (meta)acrylic acid ester-based powdered resin. The fatty acid sodium salt includes 5-20% of a 8-10C saturated fatty acid sodium salt, 70-95% of a 12-14C saturated fatty acid sodium salt and 0-20% of one or more kinds of sodium salts selected from a 16-18C saturated fatty acid sodium salt and an unsaturated fatty acid sodium salt. Of the 12-14C saturated fatty acid sodium salt, a mass ratio of the 12C saturated fatty acid sodium salt to the 14C saturated fatty acid sodium salt (the 12C saturated fatty acid sodium salt: the 14C saturated fatty acid sodium salt) is 60-90:40-10.</p> |
