The first communication unit communicates with an external electronic device installed in a medical institution. The transmission processing unit performs processing to transmit access right information to the external electronic device using the first communication unit, said access right information being for granting an access right to write to first data which is stored in a first server and associated with the person wearing the electronic device. |
