A stationary system (2) acquires advertising content from an advertiser and acquires operational information (9) per mobile body and attribute information (10) of passengers who will use the mobile bodies (10) from a mobile body service provider in order to determine the advertising content (7) for each mobile body. A mobile body system (3) determines the advertising content for each terminal inside a mobile body from advertising content (12) and seat information (14) acquired from the stationary system (2). This configuration allows for the provision of a system which is able to provide, to passengers of mobile bodies which each have a place of departure and destination, information corresponding to each passenger's attributes and history even if those passengers have the same arrival destination and passenger seating changes post-reservation such as in an aircraft.
