<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a production method for an infrared shielding film that has a satisfactory appearance and in which streaks in a coating surface rarely occur or do not occur at all. The present invention is a production method for an infrared shielding film that includes a step in which 10-40 layers of a coating solution for a high refractive index layer and a coating solution for a low refractive index layer are simultaneously applied in a layered manner on a continuously moving substrate film using a slide hopper coating device. The viscosities of the coating solution for a low refractive index layer and the coating solution for a high refractive index layer at 40 °C are 5-200 mPa·s. The angle of the slide surface of the slide hopper coating device with respect to the horizontal plane is 10-25°.</p> |
