PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video output device, a video output method, and a video output program which are capable of accelerating video output.SOLUTION: A device comprises: a storage unit 12, which stores first drawing data shared in common by at least two video frames among a plurality of video frames; a control unit 13, which generates second drawing data on the basis of second drawing instruction data 122 for drawing a portion that differs in drawing data pertaining to the plurality of video frames, and generates the drawing data pertaining to the plurality of video frames by combining the first drawing data and the second drawing data; and an output unit 14, which outputs video on the basis of the drawing data pertaining to the plurality of video frames. |
