PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular rotating electrical machine that reliably prevents a current from sneaking from a power system circuit to a control system circuit.SOLUTION: A vehicular rotating electrical machine 100 includes: MOS module groups 3A, 3B and an H bridge circuit 5 which, as the power system circuit, have MOS transistors 30, 31, 50, 51 and are grounded via a power ground terminal PGND and a grounding harness 320; and a UVW phase driver 4A, an XYZ phase driver 4B, an H bridge 6, a rotating angle sensor 7, a control circuit 8 and an input/output circuit 9 which, as the control system circuit, control the power system circuit and are grounded via a control ground terminal CGND separate from the power ground terminal PGND and a grounding cable 330. |
