PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and inexpensively provide a handwriting input/output system capable of inputting a character, a graphic, and the like in handwriting.SOLUTION: The handwriting input/output system is simply and inexpensively provided, which can input a character, a graphic, and the like in handwriting by imaging and transmitting a medium provided with a write-in region by a dot pattern with coordinate information and code information defined by imaging means, storing image data of the dot pattern by dot pattern analysis means, acquiring locus information by performing code analysis, recognizing the locus information on a character and a graphic traced in a write-in region surface on the basis of a change in the analyzed coordinate information by locus recognition means, and transmitting a processing instruction based on recognition information recognized by processing instruction means and the locus information to information processing means. In addition, the handwriting input/output system is provided, which can input not only information on a character and a graphic but also collectively input information related to the character and the graphic. |
