PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeder that can feed a sheet through electrostatic attraction with simple constitution and low noise, and an image formation apparatus.SOLUTION: A sheet feeder includes a first holding and conveying outer roller 201b and a second holding and conveying outer roller 202b which hold an attraction member 200 supported by a first holding and conveying inner roller 201a and a second holding and conveying inner roller 202a in such a state that an inner surface is slackened. After a sheet Sa stacked in a cassette 51a is attracted by the attraction member 200 by increasing the quantity of downward slackening of the attraction member 200, the sheet Sa attracted by the attraction member 200 is fed while the quantity of downward slackening of the attraction member 200 is decreased. |
