PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas filling packaging method and a gas filling packaging machine capable of packaging a packaging target into a large-sized packaging bag in a high-quality and stable manner and automating all operations including switchover of related devices to follow a bag size change.SOLUTION: A packaging bag contained in a magazine 31 are turned up one by one, dropped into a guide of a back positioning guide 35, and positioned. Next, the packaging bag in the guide is held by clamp 56 and fed into a grip 11 waiting in a bag feed process. A bag opening is opened and a bag bottom is expanded in a bag opening and expansion process, a receiving member 83 is attached to a bottom of the packaging bag to fill a predetermined amount of packaging target into the packaging bag while tapping the packaging bag in a filling process. The packaging bag is formed into a desired shape by a bottom beating unit 80 and a conveyor unit 91 holding the packaging bag in a period from the packaging target filling process to a degasification and temporary closing-sealing process, and the packaging bag is temporarily closed and then actually sealed after removing air remaining in the packaging bag. |
