PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking apparatus capable of executing deep flying cooking by utilizing a fat component of a cooked object and preventing a risk of an accident due to oil of high temperature, and further to provide a cooking apparatus capable of simultaneously executing thawing of a cooked object and deep flying cooking, and uniformly baking the inside and outside of the cooked object in the deep flying cooking.SOLUTION: A cooking apparatus includes: a cavity portion 100 having a cooking chamber C inside thereof, an upper wall plate 140 having an upper heater hole portion, a lower wall plate 120 having a lower heater hole portion, and a rear wall plate 160 having an inflow hole portion; a door portion for opening and closing an opening portion of the cavity portion; an upper heater portion disposed on the upper wall plate and generating heat supplied to the cooking chamber C through the upper heater hole portion; a lower heater portion disposed on the lower wall plate and generating heat supplied to the cooking chamber through the lower heater hole portion; and a convection heater portion 300 disposed on the rear wall plate and generating heat supplied to the cooking chamber through the inflow hole portion. |
