<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice guide system and a voice guide method capable of alleviating sense of strangeness that a user feels due to a change of voice guide.SOLUTION: The voice guide system comprises: a voice synthesis unit 16 for providing and outputting voice in accordance with guide information which is input; and a center interactive processing unit 21 for generating guide information which is input to the voice synthesis unit 16 and transmitting the generated guide information to the voice synthesis unit 16 through a communication line. The voice guide system comprises a communication monitoring unit 15 for monitoring a communication status of the communication line and providing the fact that the communication status is changed, to the voice synthesis unit 16. The voice synthesis unit 16 performs a notification of the fact that the communication status is changed which is provided from the communication monitoring unit 15, through voice with quality corresponding to a change of the communication status of the communication line.</p> |
