<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a steam turbine to be supplied with an increased volume of steam from a newly activated HRSG with improved promptness and to prevent the steam turbine from being subject to adverse effect due to heat stress in a combined cycle power generation plant having a plurality of gas turbines.SOLUTION: In a state where a gas turbine 11 and a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) 21 are already in operation and a high pressure drum 211 supplies a high pressure steam turbine 31 with steam, a control device 83 controls a spray valve 81 so that cooling water is supplied to piping P11 when another gas turbine 12 and another HRSG 22 are newly activated. Thus, an inlet temperature of the high pressure steam turbine 31 is reduced and thereby allowing a temperature of the steam of the high pressure drum 221 to reach the inlet temperature of the high pressure steam turbine 31 with improved promptness. Therefore, an increased volume of steam can be supplied to the high pressure steam turbine 31 from the high pressure drum 221 with the improved promptness and the high pressure steam turbine 31 can be prevented from being subject to adverse effect due to heat stress.</p> |
