<p>The present invention relates to a new type of a progressive type fine blanking apparatus for manufacturing multilayered products by fetching a product blanked from a raw material in a smooth manner when a multilayered product is fine-blanked, and method for manufacturing the multilayered products using the apparatus. The progressive type fine blanking apparatus for manufacturing the multilayered products provided in the present invention includes: an upper mold which has upper punches provided for each progressive step to form a multilayer of the raw material; a lower mold which has lower punches moving relative to the upper punches and provided for each progressive step to form a multilayer of the raw material; insert rings which are provided at the upper end of the upper mold and at the lower end of the lower mold, and press cushion pins when the raw material is formed by the relative motion of the molds; a pair of moving punches which is located at an area matched to a non-forming area of the raw material among where at least one upper punch and a matching lower punch are installed, and grips the non-forming area of the raw material; and a hydraulic operating unit which is installed on each of the insert rings, and individually provides activating force to selectively operate the moving punches by hydraulic power.</p> |
