At least one of apparatus (100, 400) and a method for determining one or more electromagnetic properties of a region of interest are described. One or more inductive measurements (410) corresponding to the region of interest and one or more capacitive measurements (420) corresponding to the region of interest are received. An estimate of electrical conductivity is obtained(430) based on at least the received one or more inductive measurements(410).
