Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a plastic pallet and a plastic pallet manufactured by the method. The method comprises: bonding thermoplastic plates to form beams or legs of a plastic pallet; making a thermoplastic plate into a flat plate of the plastic pallet; bonding the beams to the flat plate to form the plastic pallet; or alternatively, assembling the beams into a keel and then bonding the keel to the flat plate so as to form the plastic pallet; or alternatively, bonding the legs to the flat plate to form the plastic pallet. The method can be used to manufacture plastic pallets which have a less dead weight and can bear a higher loading, and the equipment is simple and small and can flexibly manufacture plastic pallets of various specifications. |
