<p>The present invention relates to a piston for a vehicle air conditioner compressor. The present invention improves the structure of a conventional piston to maximize the coupling force between a body and a cap to maintain the confidentiality and unwinding prevention performance while enabling precise seaming process with enhanced workability, thereby significantly enhancing the quality and performance by providing such structures. A male screw unit (21) is formed on a peripheral surface of a body to guide screw couplings as entering the internal space of the cap. The cap (10) accommodates an end of the body and includes female screw units which are meshed with the male screw unit to be coupled and form the screw couplings. An extension surface (12) is additionally formed on the lower part of the female screw units (11) of the cap to maintain the planar contact with the lower part of the male screw units of the body. Grooves (22) continued along the circumferential surface is formed on the lower part of the male screw units of the body (20).</p> |
