PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus cooling system capable of inhibiting unnecessary power consumption.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus cooling system includes: a refrigeration machine 31 which cools a coolant; an electronic apparatus 14; a buffer tank 32; a first pump 35 which circulates the coolant between the refrigeration machine 31 and the buffer tank 32; a second pump 36 which circulates the coolant between the buffer tank 32 and the electronic apparatus 14; a first flowmeter 52 which detects a flow rate of the coolant flowing between the refrigeration machine 31 and the buffer tank 32; a second flowmeter 53 which detects a flow rate of the coolant flowing between the buffer tank 32 and the electronic apparatus 14; and a control unit 50. The control unit 50 controls the volume of the coolant pumped by the first pump 35 according to the output of the first flowmeter 52 and the second flowmeter 53.
