PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urinal capable of effectively preventing splashing of urine, by enabling a user to easily approach a position near to a bowl surface.SOLUTION: A urinal 1 of the present invention comprises a urinal body 2 and an automatic toilet bowl cleaning unit 4. The urinal body 2 comprises a bowl surface 8, a drain port 10 formed in a bottom part of this bowl surface and draining wash water to a downstream side drain flow passage and a storage chamber 6 formed on its upper end. The automatic toilet bowl cleaning unit 4 is provided with a human body detection sensor 18 stored in the storage chamber of the urinal body and detecting a user and a spreader 16 for cleaning the bowl surface by discharging the wash water based on a detection signal from this human body detection sensor. A front face 7 of the storage chamber 6 of the urinal body 2 is slantingly formed backward by continuing with the bowl surface 8. |
