PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide output authority even to a user not having an account necessary for the output of data.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: means for receiving mail data including output data; means for specifying user specification information to be associated with the output data on the basis of address information on a sender of the received mail data, and first storage means for storing first address information for each pieces of user specification information or second storage means for storing the user specification information for each pieces of second address information different from the first address information; means for storing, when the user specification information is not specified by using the first storage means and specified by using the second storage means, the output data and data specification information in association with each other in data storage means; means for notifying data specification information storage means of the data specification information via a network; and means for transmitting the user specification information received via the network or the output data associated with the data specification information.
