PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which contributes to peak cut of power consumption without causing any trouble of operation to a user.SOLUTION: A heating cooker 1 includes: a cooking chamber for partitioning a heating chamber where an object to be heated can be put in/taken out; a microwave cooking mechanism 37 for heating the object to be heated; an operation unit for performing display of a heating condition and reception of input of the microwave cooking mechanism 37; a timing unit 65 for counting time; a power peak time zone storage unit 66 for storing a power peak time zone in which power demand reaches a peak; and a control device 58 for allowing the operation unit to display a heating condition equal to or less than predetermined power consumption which is set in advance out of the heating conditions as an initial value when the current time counted by the timing unit 65 is included in the power peak time zone, and allowing the operation part to display a heating condition exceeding the predetermined power consumption set in advance out of the heating conditions as an initial value when the current time counted by the timing unit 65 is not included in the power peak time zone. |
