PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device for front seats for smoothly receiving a front seat side occupant moving in an oblique frontward direction which is in the center of a lateral direction of the vehicle and which becomes a front side.SOLUTION: In an airbag device for front seats, at the time of collision of a vehicle V, a central airbag 50 is inflated between a driver seat 20 and a front passenger seat 25 so as to receive front seat side occupants M seated in the driver seat 20 or the front passenger seat 25 moving to the center side of a lateral direction of the vehicle, and the airbag device for front seats includes front side airbags 31 and 36 for inflating on the front side of the front seat side occupants so as to receive front seat side occupants moving forward. The center airbag 50 has a shape in which a width dimension of a lateral direction on a front end side 51 is larger than a rear end 52 side, when inflation is completed (Wf>Wb). The front end side portion 51 of the center airbag is configured as a forward sliding receiving part 60 capable of receiving the front seat side occupants M slipping to the front side of side surfaces 56 and 57 of the center airbag. |
