PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a composite magnetic material ensuring uniform magnetic reforming of a base material, formed of a magnetic material or a non-magnetic material, with an alloy element.SOLUTION: In the method of producing a composite magnetic material, a base material 1 and an alloy element 4 are heated by moving the heating center point relatively to the base material 1 and alloy element 4, by the synthetic movement of a longitudinal motion of the alloy element 4 and a periodic motion in a direction different from the longitudinal direction. Stirrability in a molten pool 5 is thereby enhanced, and formation of a blowhole can be suppressed. Consequently, uniform magnetic reforming can be ensured from the front surface to the back surface of the base material 1. |
