PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter using patterns of a printed wiring board which efficiently eliminates noise superimposed on a signal line without adding to a path length of the signal line.SOLUTION: The noise filter includes: a stack (100) comprising conductive patterns made of a conductive material layered with an insulating material or buried in a surface of the insulating material or in the insulating material; a first conductive pattern (204 etc.); a second conductive pattern (210-216, etc.) configured in a helix winding around the first conductive pattern; and a resistor (240) connected to both ends of the second conductive pattern to configure a closed circuit with the second conductive pattern. |
