PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for evaluating adhesive strength when two kinds of coals are carbonized on the basis of physical properties of coals.SOLUTION: Two kinds of coals which contact each other are carbonized. Then adhesiveness between two kinds of coals during carbonization is evaluated. About the two kinds of coals, raman spectrum measurement is performed, or about two kinds of semi coke obtained by performing heat treatment to the two kinds of coals, raman spectrum measurement is performed. Two R values which are strength of a D band peak to strength of a G band peak in each of two spectrums obtained by the raman spectrum measurement are calculated. Based on difference of the two calculated R values, adhesiveness between the coals is evaluated. |
