<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component separation method of solder powder and an additive when reusing solder paste to be discarded and a paste regeneration method, in consideration of the fact that solder paste is used at electric component factories but surplus solder paste is discarded.SOLUTION: The present paste regeneration method comprises: a classifying step for recovering and classifying the solder paste; a mixing step for mixing the recovered solder paste and a solution for obtaining a mixed solution; and a separating step for separating the solder paste recovered in the mixing step into the solder powder, an insoluble substance, and a solution after washing the recovered solder paste plural times with the solution. Then the solder powders are dried and are mixed with new flux to regenerate solder paste.</p> |
