<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor that has large capacitance and excellent moisture resistance.SOLUTION: A first terminal electrode 13 is provided so as to cover a first draw-out portion 11c on a second primary surface 10b, and becomes thinner toward an outer side in a longitudinal direction L. A second terminal electrode 14 is provided so as to cover a second draw-out portion 11d on the second primary surface 10b, and becomes thinner toward an outer side in the longitudinal direction. The first draw-out portion 11c is provided so as to be overlapped with the most thickness portion of the first terminal electrode 13 in the longitudinal direction. The second draw-out portion 11d is provided so as to be overlapped with the most thickness portion of the second terminal electrode 14 in the longitudinal direction. A first effective portion 11A is provided so as to reach closer to the outer side in the longitudinal direction than to the first draw-out portion 11c, and so as to reach closer to the outer side in the longitudinal direction than to the second draw-out portion 11d.</p> |
