<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a seat back to a seat cushion without increasing a weight by using a recliner arranged at one central portion in a state in which a backrest angle can be satisfactorily adjusted.SOLUTION: A recliner 4 comprises a ratchet 10 and a guide 20 which are assembled in such a state that relative rotation can be mutually performed, and a lock mechanism which is assembled to the guide 20 and which effects lock and release of the relative rotation of the ratchet 10 in accordance with engagement/disengagement with respect to the ratchet 10. The guide 20 is subjected to coupling support while being allowed to pass through a rod 7 which bridges a space between respective side frames 3Fa of a seat cushion 3. The ratchet 10 is subjected to coupling support by a lower panel 2Fd which bridges a space between respective side frames 2Fa of the seat back 2. A cable 5A, which transmits a release operation force to the lock mechanism, has one end side portion thereof which is attached to a member (bracket 80 or release link 90) supported on a side of the seat cushion 3 so that any incorrect operation is not performed even when the seat back 2 is inclined.</p> |
