The objective of the present invention is to provide an image processing technology which is capable of capturing the movement of a shape of a region of interest. This image processing device (3) comprises: a dynamic image acquisition unit (110) which acquires a dynamic image; a boundary extraction means (130) which extracts a boundary of a region of interest and acquires multiple region of interest boundaries; a displacement correction means (140) which uses pixels that correspond to the multiple region of interest boundaries to calculate displacement with a reference boundary as a displacement reference for one or more region of interest boundaries other than the reference boundary among the multiple region of interest boundaries, said displacement being a component to be removed, and uses the displacement after calculation thereof to correct a prescribed number of the region of interest boundaries other than the reference boundary so as to acquire a prescribed number of displacement corrected boundaries from which the components to be removed have been removed; and a display means (34) which displays displacement corrected boundary information for display on the basis of the prescribed number of displacement corrected boundaries. |
