Disclosed are an LED light bar with a fully waterproof potted structure and a manufacturing method for a glue seal of an LED light bar. The light bar comprises an LED light bar body (1), wherein the LED light bar body (1) comprises an LED single-side circuit board which is made of three wires and a plurality of LEDs which are arranged on the LED single-side circuit board. The LED single-side circuit board comprises: three metal wires which are arranged in parallel but are spaced from one another; a front covering film covering the front side of the circuit board, with a plurality of openings being provided on the front-side covering film to expose a corresponding bonding pad on the LED single-side circuit board; and a back covering film covering the back side of the circuit board; wherein an intermediate LED circuit of the circuit board that contains more than two intermediate line sections is directly manufactured by a third wire, and the disconnection of the intermediate LED circuit is formed through a cutout between adjacent intermediate line sections. The LED light bar further comprises a fully waterproof potted structure (2) which wraps the LED light bar body (1) circumferentially by means of extrusion molding. The water-proofing and sealing performance of the waterproof glue seal of the LED light bar is good. The weatherability, service life and reliability of glue-sealed LED light bar products are greatly improved, and the production process is simple and quick, with high production efficiency. |
