A sound generator (3) generates vehicle approach alert sound on the basis of the approach alert sound voltage waveform signal, alerting the approach of a vehicle. The microcomputer (21) includes an acquisition device (21c) that acquires a sound generator temperature, and a sound pressure correction device (21d) that implements correction such that the voltage level of the approach alert sound voltage waveform signal is increased as the sound generator temperature increases. |
