<p>The present invention relates to an expansion machine (4) having pistons, which includes an admission cylinder head (9), an expansion area (21), a rotating valve (11) configured such that the rotation thereof results in, consecutively: closing said intake channel (20) and establishing communication between the intake channel (20) and the dispensing channel (18), which achieves the intake of pressurized vapor into the expansion area (21), said expansion machine (4) further including a system for applying pressure to the sealing body (13) such as to maintain the sealing body (13) in sealing engagement against the expansion area (21), including a controlled pressure chamber (22) extending between the sealing body (13) and a wall (15; 25) rigidly connected to the shaft (16), and a return means connected to the shaft (16), and configured such that a compressive force is applied to the sealing body (13), said controlled pressure chamber (22) being arranged such that the closing body (13) is essentially subjected to the force applied by the return means and at the pressure present in said controlled pressure chamber (22).</p> |
