摘要 <p>Provided in the present invention are a sensor device and an apparatus for evaluating the performance of a cooling facility including the same. The sensor device comprises: a device casing; a driving unit which is placed inside the device casing; and a sensor unit which includes an operating member capable of moving inside the device casing by the medium of the operating unit in order to generate a signal when supplying a pressure applying material to the operating member according to the movement. The sensor device can accurately evaluate the performance of a cooling facility by generating a (quantitative) signal by the medium of the amount of (load) deformation, load, or displacement which is generated by a collision with the pressure applying material such as a liquid, gas, a liquid column of a nozzle. In addition, the sensor device generates a signal by colliding with the pressure applying material through external exposure only when necessary, as an embedded type. Therefore, the sensor device can provide improved effects such as stable operation, especially in a poor environment at high temperatures and moisture, and easy maintenance.</p>
