Disclosed is a data message scheduling method for PON and EOC networking. The method comprises: an OCU allocating a coaxial side LLID for a CNU which accesses the OCU, and acquiring an optical network side LLID allocated for the OCU by an OLT; and establishing a mapping relationship between the coaxial side LLID and the optical network side LLID, and according to the mapping relationship, scheduling a data message of the CNU. Also disclosed at the same time are a passive optical network, and an EOC networking data message scheduling system and a related device. By means of the technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention, an optical network side of the OCU is enabled to be effectively separated from a coaxial side thereof, and will not have an impact on the OLT in the existing PON and will not modify the existing MPCP, thereby realizing effective control and allocation of resources. |
