PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord length adjustment mechanism which is applied to an LED lighting device and enables easy cord length adjustment, and to provide a lighting device.SOLUTION: A cord length adjustment mechanism 10 adjusts a length of a cord 60 of a lighting device 100, which is installed suspended from a ceiling surface C, and is directly attached to the ceiling surface C. The cord length adjustment mechanism 10 includes: a frame 20 including a housing 22 in which a power source device 65 is stored and a frame body 23 formed below the housing 22 and having a substantially V shape; and a flange 40 which covers the frame 20. The cord 60 is wound up into a coil shape along the frame body 23 to be stored in a storage part S formed by the frame body 23 of the frame 20 and the flange 40. |
