摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of metal fine particles capable of easily manufacturing metal fine particles having narrow particle size distribution and high sphericity by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus of metal fine particles according to the present invention includes a base body that includes a first fine flow path, a second fine flow path, a merging part and a third fine flow path. The first fine flow path comprises a region having a first introduction port to which oil is introduced at one end portion, the second fine flow path comprises a region having a second introduction port to which molten metal is introduced at one end portion, the merging part comprises a region where the other end portion of the first fine flow path and the other end portion of the second fine flow path merge, the third fine flow path comprises a region one end portion of which is connected to the merging part and through which a merged body of oil and molten metal merged by the merging part passes. Oil introduced from the first introduction port and molten metal introduced from the second introduction port are merged by the merging part into a merged body via the first fine flow path and the second fine flow path, and the merged body is allowed to pass through the third fine flow path, by which metal fine particles in which molten metal is dispersed into oil are obtained.
