PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure levels of a plurality of conveyor rolls with high precision while none of permanent installation, an increase in scale of facilities, and the limit of the number of conveyor rolls to be measured is required.SOLUTION: A measuring device 10 for conveyor roll level includes: a movable frame structure 11 which is arranged over a plurality of conveyor rolls; an electronic level 12 for measuring the levelness of the frame structure 11; an adjusting mechanism 13 which adjusts the frame structure 11 into a horizontal state; a displacement sensor 14 which can move along the frame structure 11 in a direction orthogonal to a lengthwise direction of a conveyor roll 1, and measures a vertical distance to an upper surface of the conveyor roll 1; a driving mechanism 15 which drives the displacement sensor 14; and a control unit 16 which controls the operation to adjust the frame structure 11 into the horizontal state based upon information of the electronic level 12, controls the movement of the displacement sensor 14 and its detecting operation, and also computes the height of the conveyor roll 1. |
