<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canister module which is improved in air tightness in a canister while being reduced in the number of part items.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic valve 25 accommodated in a third partitioning chamber 223 in a canister housing 21 has a seal member 27 at the radial outside. The seal member 27 abuts on a side face at the third partitioning chamber 223 side of a first bulkhead 211 and a wall face of the third partitioning chamber 223 side of an outer wall 213, and holds air tightness between a space at a second partitioning chamber 222 side of the third partitioning chamber 223 and the outside. The space at the second partitioning chamber 222 side of the third partitioning chamber 223 communicates with the second partitioning chamber 222 via a first opening 225, and communicates with an air passage 230 via a second opening 226. Furthermore, when a valve body 39 abuts on a second bulkhead 212, a first partitioning chamber 221 and the second partitioning chamber 222 are blocked, and the third partitioning chamber 223 and the air passage 230 are blocked. By this constitution, air tightness between the first partitioning chamber 221 and the second partitioning chamber 222 can be improved.</p> |
