<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe cysteine composition being stable, even through cysteine is a chemically unstable substance, having reducibility and giving weak irritation to an animal.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by making cysteine into an aluminum complex and by adjusting the hydrogen ion concentration (pH) of an aqueous solution to between 3.3 and 6.5. The cysteine-aluminum complex compound-containing product having a pH value of 3.3 to 6.5 has reducibility to suppress black pigment generation on the skin and being beneficial as a whitening agent due to its safety and weak irritation.</p> |
