<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail for an elevator which uses a simple structure to improve the torsional rigidity while avoiding a protruding object such as a joint bar.SOLUTION: A car guide rail 4a includes: a guide rail body 26 which guides upward and downward movement of a car 6 and has a T shaped cross section; and first and second rod-like reinforcement members 27, 28 fixed to the guide rail body 26. The guide rail body 26 includes: an attachment part 26a to which rail clips 24a, 24b are attached; and a guide part 26b which protrudes perpendicularly from a width direction intermediate portion of the attachment part 26a. The first and second reinforcement members 27, 28 are placed in contact with corners formed by the attachment part 26a and the guide part 26b to be fixed thereto by welding.</p> |
