The anchor includes a cannulated proximal portion having a threaded outer surface and a distal portion coupled to the proximal portion, the distal portion including a top portion, a bottom portion, and a through hole, wherein the top portion is configured to be disposed within the cannulation of the proximal portion.

1. A method of repair comprising:
providing a composite anchor, the composite anchor comprising:
a cannulated proximal portion comprising a threaded outer surface and inner surface;a distal portion coupled to the proximal portion, the distal portion comprising a top portion, a bottom portion, and a through hole;wherein the top portion is configured to be disposed within the cannulation of the proximal portion, wherein the top portion of the distal portion comprises at least two sides and a suture bridge formed between the at least two sides;wherein the through hole is positioned distal to the proximal portion, the through hole in communication with the cannulation of the proximal portion to form a channel adjacent to the suture bridge; andat least one suture disposed within the through hole and extending through the cannulation of the proximal portion; inserting the anchor into bone; placing soft tissue over the hole and inserting the suture through the soft tissue; and tying the suture to fixate the soft tissue to the bone.
