<p>A heterogeneous suspension-bed hydrogenation method for a coal-based oil product comprising the following steps: 1) a catalyst, a sulfurising agent and a solvent oil are mixed, and fully mixed until uniform under the conditions of ordinary pressure and a temperature of 80-200°C so as to prepare a catalyst oil slurry; 2) the catalyst oil slurry is mixed with a full-range fraction or heavy fraction oil of the coal-based oil product and a circulating oil and is then entered into a suspension-bed hydrogenation reactor for a hydrocracking reaction, wherein the catalyst is added in an amount for controlling the weight ratio of the total amount of metals in the active components to the coal-based oil product raw materials to be 0.1 : 100 to 4 : 100, the reaction temperature in the reactor is 320-480°C, the reaction pressure is 8-25 MPa, the volume space velocity is 0.3-3.0 h-1, the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil is 500-2000, and after the reaction effluent from the suspension-bed hydrogenation reactor has been separated, a liquid-solid phase mixture flow and a hydrogen-rich gas are obtained; the liquid-solid phase mixture flow is used as a circulating oil for the continuous hydrocracking reaction or is treated to obtain a circulating oil for the continuous hydrocracking reaction; the catalyst is a catalyst for the suspension-bed hydrogenation for a coal-based oil product; and the cut point of the heavy fraction oil is 160-360°C. The method achieves the maximal, convenient and flexible production of light oils from coal-based oil products with different properties and the recycling of the catalyst, thus greatly improving the utilisation efficiency and operating flexibility of the raw materials and the catalyst.</p> |
