<p>Provided are an optical sensing type in-cell touch panel and a display device. The optical sensing type in-cell touch panel comprises an array substrate having a plurality of pixel units arranged in a matrix, wherein the array substrate is provided with touch-control scanning lines which are located between adjacent rows of pixel units; the array substrate is provided with touch-control reading lines which are located between adjacent columns of pixel units; the array substrate is provided with a light-sensing transistor and a touch-control switching unit which are located in a region defined by the touch-control scanning lines and the touch-control reading lines; and a drain electrode of the light-sensing transistor is connected to the touch-control switching unit, and the touch-control switching unit is respectively connected to the touch-control scanning lines and the touch-control reading lines, so as to control the on/off state between the drain electrode of the light-sensing transistor and the touch-control reading lines.</p> |
