An armored vehicle window fastening structure having a blast-proof cushioning function and a fastening method for the structure, comprising a mounting frame body (1) and a transparent window (2) fixedly mounted onto an armored vehicle main body (5) via the mounting frame body (1). The mounting frame body (1) has formed a first mounting groove (10). A side of the transparent window (2) is inserted into the first mounting groove (10). A circular frame body (3) is joined at the side of the transparent window (2). The frame body (3) and the first mounting groove (10) have formed therebetween mounting structures that match with each other. The frame body (3) comprises a pressing component (31) and a fastening component (32). The pressing component (31) and the transparent window (2) work in tandem to press onto the fastening component (32) to generate a prestress, thereby fastening the transparent window (2). The fastening structure is of high strength and widely applicable.
