<p>The present invention relates to a fall sensing device worn in a manner of being hooked on a physical body, a method thereof, an integrated fall accident managing system and a fall accident managing method using the same, capable of always obtaining a correct fall determination result in spite of vigorous physical activities of a corresponding user while being worn on the physical body of the user, because it does not express various movements linked with the physical activities; and being implemented via a two step algorithm where a fall determination process is separated into sections before and after an occurrence of the fall, checks whether or not a lying state of the user is caused by the fall and uses a shock amount generated when the fall occurs. The fall sensing device according to the present invention comprises a sensor node worn in a manner of being hooked on an upper body for sensing whether a corresponding physical body falls; and a storage part for storing vector data for determining the fall to be compared with a signal value sensed by the sensor node, wherein the sensor node includes an accelerometer for measuring an acceleration value; a gyroscope for measuring an angular velocity value; and a fall determination part for detecting an angle between the upper body and the ground by using acceleration influenced by the gravity in an angular axis of the accelerometer, calculating the shock amount generated when the physical body lies by using the acceleration and the angular velocity measured by the accelerometer and the gyroscope, respectively, after determining whether the corresponding physical body is in a lying state by using the detected angle, and determining whether the corresponding physical body falls by comparing the calculated shock amount with the vector data of the storage part.</p> |
