PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size device incorporating input means having an excellent operability.SOLUTION: An information processing device 10 comprises, on its front surface, a display 14 of which top surface is covered by a touch panel 12. The display 14 displays a horizontally long output image as a result of information processing. When the information processing device 10 is held in such a manner that the display 14 is horizontally long, it displays the output image without dividing the screen and displays GUI such as a cross key input area 42 and a button input area 44 in an on-screen manner. When the information processing device is held in such a manner that the display 14 is vertically long, it divides the screen into upper and lower areas and displays the output image and the GUI in the respective areas.
