<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a lighting device at an appropriate illuminance so that a measurement image of an acquired image remains the same even when the frame rate (exposure time) is changed, so as to achieve accurate image autofocus.SOLUTION: A lighting setting device determines a current value corresponding to the relationship between an illuminance command value and illuminance by using the relationship between a current flowing through a light emitting element (142a) and illuminance acquired in advance, creates a calibration table including the illuminance command value, current value, and illuminance, and at the time of measurement, calculates necessary illuminance, calculates an illuminance command value corresponding to the necessary illuminance, and sets the illuminance command value by using the calibration table.</p> |
